Booking Your Appointment.
Once you have decided you require new blinds supplied and installed in your office you will need to book and appointment for one of our agents to visit you on site to show you samples and to take measurements which will enable us to give you a quotation.
Our agent will guide and advise you about the various types of blind available and most suitable and inform you about the conformity to legal requirements within working and public environments with regards to flame retardancy and child safety if applicable.

Your Quotation and Price Promise
Your fixed price quotation will usually arrive via your email address within 48 hours. Should cuttings or samples be required these will be sent to you 1st class via the postal service. Once you receive your quotation you will note that it is broken down room by room and blind by blind and unless otherwise requested the price shown will include installation.
It is our belief that nobody can offer you better value for money via our "Price Promise". We simply cannot be beaten on price for like for like blinds including installation. In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper price, for "like for like" blinds including installation, we will not only match the price but also beat it by 10% of the difference. This is our our "Price Promise". You will need to submit any cheaper quotation you have received in writing directly to your Office Blind Systems agent.

Online: You can submit your order online... click here. You must ensure you have the correct quote to hand as details from this will be required to successfully submit your order online. Should you have more than one order then each order will need to be submitted separately.
Email: Your quotation will need to be signed and dated in the section provided on your quotation and attached (preferably .pdf file) to your email and sent to our sales office at,
Fax: Your quotation will need to be signed and dated in the section provided on your quotation and faxed back to our sales office on fax number 01279 210 103.
Post: Your quotation will need to be signed and dated in the section provided on your quotation and sent to our sales office at,

Purchase Order: You can submit your company/organisation's own purchase order which can be emailed, faxed or sent directly to us. Your purchase order must state our Quotation No, the total amount payable and must be signed by an authorised signatory.

Your Order
Once you have submitted an order and it is received by our sales office you will receive a "Confirmation of Order" confirming all details as submitted in our quotation. Your confirmation should be received within 24 hours of ordering. Our objective and target is to complete and install most custom-made orders within 10-12 working days. If, for any reason, we will be unable to deliver/install within this time frame you will be contacted by our sales office. On rare occasions we are sometimes subjected to delays of fabric or components from our suppliers but usually this only amounts to a few days delay.

All our installers are trained to high standards and adhere to stringent and rigorous procedures to ensure your blinds are correctly installed. You will find them amenable with a friendly approach. They will work fast and efficiently and will clean up after the work is completed. You will be advised of approximately how long the blinds will take to install by our sales office when they book a convenient installation date and time with you. Out of hours (before 8:00am - after 5:00pm and weekends) can be arranged at extra cost. This must be arranged with our sales office prior to installation. As an additional service we can also remove and dispose of any old blinds if requested to our sales office prior to installation. If possible all old blinds are removed to a recycling plant where any useful parts (metals, plastics) will be recycled.

Once your blinds are installed to your satisfaction our installers will hand you your Vat invoice at the agreed quotation price. Unless you already have a credit account with Office Blind Systems you will be expected to hand our installer a prepared company cheque payment for the correct amount. We can also accept payment via BACS or Electronic Payment but this should be arranged via our sales office prior to installation. Extended Guarantee/Warranty
We offer a 1 Year standard guarantee. We guarantee that all our blinds will remain in functional working condition for up to 1 year under normal use. This cover does not cover for any accidental breakage, misuse or malicious damage. An extended guarantee/warranty can be purchased which will cover for any accidental breakage for up to 5 years.
